The "I suppose" indicates doubt. "I suppose that's true, but..."
"Yeah" also indicates uncertainty. A more certain form of "yeah" would be "yes" or even a "yosh" or "yup."
Something more like "This is true" or the use of exclamation points would have aided in the enthusiasm of that statement.

but that is boring to do, it has to be a silent, unsuspecting enthusiasm underlining those who would doubt it being any energetically pact with fun and adventure
