All WOTN users must adhere to these rules, whether you be a regular shinobi, a moderator or a kage.

1. Topics can only be made as long as they arent obviously made for spamming purposes.

2. Don't say offensive shit on purpose.

3. No Cybering.
its stupid.

4. No page strecthing.
its annoying and gay.

5. Dont remake any topics that are already existing.

6. NO YAOI OR HENTAI.
