Well now, we may as well have some rules to set this straight, right?

This'll likely run about 150 ryo each. However, there will be special cases where I won't charge anything, as that will be done in PMs.

If you wish to have an answer, but do not wish to post (personal reasons for needing a computer fixed, I don't care what they are), you may PM me, just try to stick to the general guideline below. (You'll still be charged, however, unless you meet my special case above.) Just post something here saying you're asking for help, and then PM me the information.

For now though, some guidelines to help with this.

I will need a list of the following.

Operating system that you use: Windows XP, Vista, 7, Linux, Mac, etc... Although, do know, that my expertise with Mac isn't so vast, nor with vista and 7, but other than some performance tweaks, vista and 7 shouldn't be far too different from XP.

What you have done to fix the problem.

What kind of issue are you having? Drivers, hardware, software, something not running, the BSOD, etc...

What your computer's specs are (really, all I need is RAM, Hard Drive Space, and CPU.)
In windows, the most common way to find this, is to open the control panel, and search for "System", and this will bring up a window that will give you the information.
RAM would be in one of the multiples of 64, so 64, 128, 256, etc... and in Megabytes (MB) or Gigabytes (GB).
The processor, will be rated in hertz (Hz), and will be in MHz, or GHz (Mega or Giga hertz).
To obtain the disk space on your computer, open My Computer, and right click on your partition / hard drive (usually, named C:\ or Local Disk in Windows), and select properties. A small pie graph, should appear, just tell us what's free, taken, and total space.

I don't know how to check this on Mac, or all variations of Linux, so I'm assuming, if you're able to use the latter, you know full well to check that, and able to google for Mac.

No, not really. But as it stands, this area in general isn't the busiest, and there was that eviction thing. As it stands, my time online isn't exactly the most extensive as it once was.
