For the sake of saying something, I believe Titan's punishment is something that can not be done to it's fullest extent. Since Q-tip is being charged with this "crime," if he is found guilty and he is banned, the site might fall into ruin and the crazy barbarians might take over.

How about for Q-tips punishment, he has to watch 10 hours of Keith Olberman. Or perhaps the guilty should watch 10 hours of something they do not like, such as pokemans or some shitty reality tv show.

10 hours of pokemon would be dying and going to heaven.

My side would be that:

Firstly, as I stated before, my thread means much to me. It holds a special place in my heart as favorite. The topic of talking and letting out small secrets to others meant the world to me. I even remember the day I made it.

DR changed the name to, "Tell DR your secret!" This hit home the most because the name originally was 'Titan' and it felt like his instead of mine. It was as if it were brutally ripped from my grasp and I was not happy. I was very sad. I went on the thread and warned not to do it again. That was strike one.

Next, Dei did it. She changed the name to her name which again hit home and greatly agitated me because I had already warned the thread not to. Once again, my user had been changed. I was very distraught and went on the thread warning that the third time, there would be consequences. I didn't want to push it far but I had to.

Q had expressed the idea that "he wanted to change the name" I was worried that he would be the third culprit so I told him in a PM not to change the thread name and I said how much it meant to me. Q acted understanding and touched and promised that he wouldn't.

Then the next day I go online and it says, "Tell the easter bunny your secret!" I don't suspect Q because of the promise but then Q comes on my thread acting cool as a cucumber and informs me that he changed it for fun. The fun was taken too far. I felt like a bull had rammed my gut, my blood ran cold. It was as if the promise meant nothing. My trust was completely betrayed.

I had already said that there would be consequences and after Q did it, I knew what I had to do. So I went to sue them and hope for justice to ensure the consequences of toggling on my cherished thread.
